Concert Series for Young Music Lovers

The MWSO is beginning their concert series for youth of the Cote des Neiges district, to be performed at La Voie School on May 19th in the afternoon. There will be two presentations for the children of grades 9 and 10. These little concerts, that are animated by singer Chantale Parent are sponsored by the Fondation de Grand Montreal. Although they are not for the public we want our concert goers to know that we are doing our part for Montreal youth who have little access to culture. The program includes:

music from the films Star Wars, Harry Potter, James Bond 007, The Lion King, the Sound of Music, Pirates of the Carribean, The Wizard of Oz; Somewhere over the Rainbow and more.
